Location Tracking Notice

Location tracking starts when a driver selects Start work and grants the required device permission. It may continue in the background or while the screen is locked. Selecting End work stops new tracking without signing the driver out.

• Coordinates, accuracy and timestamp.
• Whether tracking is active, stopped, stale or waiting to synchronise.
• The driver, device, active job and destination associated with the update.

The Fleet Owner and authorised dispatch users can see drivers within their permitted company or team. A customer can see only the limited job information made available through a valid tracking link.

If there is no internet connection, the app can store events locally and upload them later. When tracking is stopped or unavailable, authorised users may still see the last-known location and the time it was received.

The Fleet Owner must establish a lawful basis, tell drivers how workplace tracking is used, limit access, respond to rights requests and avoid using tracking for unrelated or unfair purposes.
