End User Licence Agreement

Subject to payment, plan limits and these terms, KvL Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the product for your internal business purposes.

Each licence is linked to a product, plan and permitted number of devices. Online activation and periodic validation may be required. Device resets and limits are managed through your account or by authorised support staff.

• Do not publish, sell, sublicense or distribute the software or licence key without written permission.
• Do not bypass activation, usage limits, plan entitlements or security controls.
• Do not decompile or reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the product to breach law or a third-party platform agreement.

Automation assists your workflow but does not replace your judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing quotes, prices, filters, selected vehicles and all information before approval or submission.

Updates may be supplied for compatibility, security or new features. Third-party website changes can affect operation, and continued compatibility cannot be guaranteed where those services change without notice.

KvL Software and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights. The licence ends when the subscription or entitlement ends, or may be terminated for material breach. On termination, you must stop using the software.
